Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Refunds Return Timeframe: We accept returns within 15 days of purchase and/or refund you within 30 days.

3. Reason for Return: We accept returns for damaged experiences, incorrect products/tours or mishaps on our behaves.

There is no return if you miss the tour or just because you didn't like it.

4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at obi@obitours.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.

5. Refund Process: The refund will be processed within 5 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product. 

Payment details will be discussed with the customer during the return process.
