We’re available 7 days a week for any last-minute needs, questions, or changes. Your order will be answer in the order as it was received.

Refund eligibility depends on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, Obi Tours® may begin reserving a guide, vehicle, transportation, admission tickets, activities, or other third-party services specifically for your booking. 

Because of this, some deposits, fees, or already-purchased services may be non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact the Obi Tours® team as soon as possible. We will review your reservation and let you know what refund, credit, rescheduling option, or remaining balance applies.

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or services already reserved or paid to third-party providers. E.g: Viator, TripAdvisor, etc. Cancellations may need to go through them.

If Obi Tours® must cancel an experience and a suitable rescheduling option cannot be provided, any eligible amount paid directly to Obi Tours® will be reviewed for refund.

For weather-related situations, tours are not automatically canceled because of rain or changing conditions. The Obi Tours® team will determine whether an activity can operate safely and will provide available options when necessary.
